Alan Perkins began his design & build career in 1970 with a strong feel for hands-on design and building, and an even stronger love for Nantucket. Now, more than 40 years later, Alan’s business has remained firm to his original commitment for the highest quality of work and the fairest of pricing.

With a tightly knit crew, the presence of ‘hands-on’ design is quite apparent in our work. TPI prides iteself in offering a wide variety of designs and options: new construction, restoration, design and fabrication of kitchens & personal spaces. We have worked with many notable architectural firms, both on and off island over the years.

Twig Perkins Inc. knows the importance of the environment and the world we live in today, and we are honored to be part of the United States Green Building Council. Our Project Manager is LEED Certified, as well as licensed in Home Energy Ratings, with licenses in the Building Performance Institute, Building Energy Performance Analyst, and Building Envelope Professional.
