Alan Perkins began his design & build career in 1970 with a strong feel for hands-on design and building, and an even stronger love for Nantucket. Now, more than 40 years later, Alan’s business has remained firm to his original commitment for the highest quality of work and the fairest of pricing.

With a tightly knit crew, the presence of ‘hands-on’ design is quite apparent in our work. TPI prides itself in offering a wide variety of designs and options: new construction, restoration, design and fabrication of kitchens & personal spaces.
